Please be aware that we can only offer replacement parts under warranty for iNSPIRE Q products that were purchased from authorized retailers of the brand. These include Overstock, Target, Wayfair, Hayneedle, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart, Zulily, Kohls, Macy’s, Staples, Sam’s Club, Lowes, HSN, Houzz, Home Depot, and iNSPIREQ.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacement parts if your item was not purchased from one of these authorized iNSPIRE Q retailers.
