One Bed, Three Looks

Our canopy beds undoubtedly have the royalty-status and the latest modern furniture trend. However, knowing how to style a contemporary canopy bed with this much drama can be a difficult task to tackle. With so many metal finishes and upholstery options to choose from, in addition to all the canopy bed ideas available, it can certainly be a challenge to figure out how to style your bedroom.

Despite this, the iNSPIRE Q Design Team is here to help! We recently sat down with one of our designers and asked her for some canopy bed ideas. She offered to show us how to style one of our canopy beds in three different ways:

  1. Feminine
  2. Masculine
  3. Neutral

Feminine:

This image displays the first of our three canopy bed ideas. This is the feminine styling of our canopy bed, which has a chrome finish frame and beige linen upholstered headboard. The bedding has a color scheme of pink, grey, and white, which matches the beige linen bench at the foot of the bed, the two grey campaign nightstands, and the grey linen upholstered accent chair.

Masculine:

This is the second of our canopy bed ideas: masculine. This shows the same canopy bed with chrome metal frame, but it has a grey linen upholstered headboard. The bedding is blue, black, and grey. At the foot of the bed is a grey linen upholstered bench. There is also a grey campaign nightstand, grey campaign writing desk, and twilight blue barrel back linen upholstered side chair.

Get the look:

Neutral:

Before we begin the last of our canopy bed ideas, we decided to repaint our walls! This image shows our designer holding up a paint swatch of shades of grey to a white wall.
Once we picked out a color, our designer starts painting the walls a greige color.
This photo fully displays the last of our canopy bed ideas. This is the neutral version, which features the same chrome-finished metal frame with a dark grey linen upholstered headboard. The bedding has a neutral color palette of white, black, and grey. We used the previous grey linen upholstered bench at the foot of the bed and the two grey campaign nightstands.
This image shows the neutral bedding from a higher angle so you can see the different patterns and textures of the black, white, and grey pillows and blankets.
